Love it, bought extras for a friend and I would defidently recomend this. This is a great value, heck, even if it was only a 1 hour back up battery it would still be worth the very little I paid for it. No, this item does not work quite as well as the original, but it is a great back-up. I paid about $4 after shipping, as opposed to the $30+ Verizon was asking.
Blackberry needs to look into why thier battery doesnt hold the charge. The battery does not hold its charge. I had to get an extra battery to charge one and use the other while the other charges and it only last six hours.
Why would you spend close to $50 from a phoen store when this is just a couple of bucks. I bought two of these batteries in February, and have been using one of them non-stop for the past 4 months. The other is still in a box waiting to be used, because the first is giving me better performance that my original battery ever did.

I replaced it and the BB works fine again. It worked OK for a few days and then my BB started shutting off and restarting. I thought the price was a bit too good to be true. Very disappointed - I'm not sure whether this was really new as advertised. It had marks on the gold connection plates.
